The basics

What webaicontent does, and who it's for.

What exactly is webaicontent?

We generate written content — blog posts, LinkedIn updates, emails, proposals — that's tuned for two things at once: your business's voice, and the structural signals AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews use to decide who to cite.

Every piece comes back with a citation score, so you know if it's actually built to be picked up, or if it needs another pass.

Who is this built for?

Service businesses — the kind that answer specific, high-intent questions. We've tuned the output specifically for:

  • Accountants, CPAs, bookkeepers
  • HVAC, electricians, plumbers, welders, fabricators
  • Personal trainers, studios, coaches
  • General contractors, cleaning services, landscapers
  • Consultants, small-firm attorneys, advisory practices

If you answer a question for a living, AI engines want to cite you. We help them find the answer.

How is this different from ChatGPT or other AI writing tools?

Generic tools write content that sounds plausible. They don't know your voice, your case studies, or the structural patterns the engines pick up on.

We combine three things they don't: a trained voice profile from your samples, your verified statistics and citations woven into every piece, and a scoring model that checks each draft against the answer formats the engines currently favor.

Citations & AI

How generative engine optimization actually works.

What does "getting cited by AI" really mean?

When someone asks ChatGPT "best year-end tax moves for a freelancer" or Perplexity "how often should I service a rooftop HVAC unit," the model pulls from live indexed content and attributes the answer to named sources. That attribution is the citation.

Getting cited means your firm's name appears as the source — next to the answer, linked, in the panel users actually click.

How fast do AI engines pick up new content?

It varies by engine. Perplexity typically indexes within 24–72 hours. Google AI Overviews follow Google's regular crawl cadence (days to weeks). ChatGPT's Search updates on a rolling window measured in hours for many sites.

Our dashboard tracks bot-filtered crawls per URL so you can see exactly when each engine has seen each post.

What is the citation score and how is it calculated?

It's a 0–100 signal combining roughly a dozen inputs: answer-format clarity, statistic density, citation count, E-E-A-T signals, schema readiness, sentence structure, freshness, and topical authority within your niche.

Anything above 75 is a safe publish. Anything below flags specific missing signals so you can revise before you push it live.

Can you guarantee I'll be cited?

No — and we won't pretend otherwise. Citation is a function of your site's authority, your competitors, and how specific the query is. What we guarantee is that you'll publish content built to every current signal the engines weight, and that you'll see exactly which queries you're showing up for and which you aren't.

Voice & style

How we keep output sounding like you, not like AI.

How does voice training work?

You paste 5–8 samples of content you've actually written or approved — website copy, newsletter issues, client emails, LinkedIn posts. We analyze sentence length, reading level, warmth, professionalism, enthusiasm, clarity, technicality — and a few dozen smaller signals — then weight every draft against that profile.

You can run multiple profiles (a business profile + your personal style) and switch between them per piece.

What if my confidence score is low?

Below 5 samples, accuracy drops. The dashboard will tell you directly — a yellow banner appears on the profile, and output gets flagged as "tone match: medium." Add 3–4 more samples and you'll usually jump to High within a day.

Can I edit tone per piece?

Yes. Tone adjustments let you nudge warmer/cooler, more/less technical, more/less enthusiastic — per output. The voice profile stays your baseline; adjustments are one-shot.

Billing & plans

What you're actually paying for.

How does founding-member pricing work?

Founding members lock in 50% off standard pricing for as long as they stay subscribed. If you pause or cancel and come back later, you'll return at the standard rate.

Founding slots are limited per plan tier — once a tier fills, new signups pay the full rate.

What counts as one "AI-cited post"?

Any generated long-form piece counts as one: a blog post, LinkedIn article, email campaign, or proposal. Short-form derivatives (tweets, LinkedIn updates, image captions) spun off from a post don't count against your quota.

Can I change plans or cancel any time?

Yes to both. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Cancellations stop future billing and leave your existing content in place to export.

Is there a free trial?

There's a 14-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. We don't run a time-limited free trial because voice profiles need 5+ samples to be useful, and a week isn't long enough to judge citation performance.

Content & rights

Who owns what, and where it can go.

Who owns the content that's generated?

You do. Every output is yours to publish, edit, or discard. We keep a copy in your dashboard for reference and retraining; you can delete it at any time.

Where do statistics and citations come from?

Two places. First, your own: you add your business stats, case-study numbers, testimonials, and citations in the Business Profile, with source URLs. Second, a verified industry-statistics library we maintain for each vertical, every source URL-checked.

We never fabricate numbers. Every stat that lands in a draft has an attached source.

Does Google penalize AI-generated content?

Google's stated policy penalizes low-value, low-effort content — regardless of whether a human or machine produced it. Content that demonstrates experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trust (E-E-A-T) is fine.

Our output is built around those signals. We also don't bulk-publish: the suggested cadence is 6–30 well-structured pieces per month, not 300 thin ones.

Support & onboarding

What happens after you sign up.

How long does setup take?

About 30 minutes. You'll paste 5–8 writing samples, fill in a short business profile (services, locations, differentiators), and add any verified stats or case studies. Your first generated post is usually ready within minutes of completing setup.

Do you integrate with my CMS?

WordPress and Webflow are supported on Growth and Scale via one-click sync. Other platforms (HubSpot, Squarespace, Ghost, Shopify) can export clean HTML or Markdown. Scale tier includes full API access for custom pipelines.

What's your support response time?

Starter: email, within 48 hours. Growth: email, within 24 hours. Scale: priority queue, under 4 hours during business hours (9am–6pm Central), with a Slack channel for ongoing accounts.
